About the Event


Over the past decade of working with women in my personal training and wellness coaching businesses, the very same struggles kept coming up. These were the exact frustrations that I dealt with in my own life years ago so I could truly understand how my clients were feeling. Do you perhaps find yourself saying things like this:

- I know exercise and a healthy nutrition is good for me but I hate it.

- I know that I must do something about my health and well-being but I am not sure what.

- I want to form healthy habits that last a lifetime.

- I want a simple action plan free of intimidation and overwhelm.

- I need a do-able weekly focus that is already mapped out for me.

- I need some accountability and encouragement to get started.

- I want to be part of a community of women that are dealing with the same lack of motivation and search for meaning that I am.

What I was lacking in my life when I struggled with these very same things was a GUIDE, a COMMUNITY of like-minded women, a SIMPLE ACTION PLAN, ACCOUNTABILITY, and lots of FUN! And this is what so many of my clients are in need of. So...that is exactly what I am offering.

This 12-week experience group coaching program will start July 1, 2019. Spots will close on June 29th and space is limited so if you are interested, keep on reading:)

Here is what your 12-week experience looks like:

1) With me as your GUIDE, there is no need to think. Hooray! I have created the entire health habit map for you. I am simply just steering you in the right direction and off you go!

2) Private Facebook COMMUNITY: This will be our safe, non-judgemental meeting spot online to support, encourage, share, brainstorm and relate. Also the spot for live Q &A with Jenn, random prizes, and lots of fun surprises.

3) SIMPLE ACTION PLAN: Each week will have a healthy habit focus and simple action steps will be applied. Habits will build on eachother so by the end of the 12-weeks, you have healthy habits that last a lifetime.

4) ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER: You will be answer a few simple questions and then you will be assigned an accountability/encouragement partner to join you for the next 12 -weeks.

5) FUN: Seriously, let’s not be so serious!!! Us ladies need some fun in our lives and we are encouraged to do so.
